HOW IS VEGALASH DIFFERENT FROM OTHER EYELASH GROWTH PRODUCTS?

That's a great question! I can tell you that VegaLash is an entirely new approach to lash enhancement that simply helps your body restore the natural process it uses to produce eyelashes in the first place! A lot of other products are made with a hormone based or peptide driven serum with potential side effects or disappointing results. HOW OFTEN AND WHEN DO I APPLY VEGALASH?

Apply the vegaLASH serum twice a day, daily for best result. The easiest times for me are in the mornings after I wash my face, before I apply make-up. And at the end of the day before bed- after I remove my make-up. And remember to use a oil-free make-up remover! 

CAN I APPLY VEGALASH BEFORE MAKEUP?

Of course, just do your regular face washing morning routine, apply the vegaLASH serum and let it absorb while you grab a cup of morning coffee, then come back and apply your other beauty products. Drying/absorption time varies per person - wait till area is dry to touch before applying other products. 

CAN I APPLY VEGALASH AFTER MAKEUP?

We recommend applying the vegaLASH eyelash serum before your other beauty products to allow for absorption to happen.

WHAT IF THE VEGALASH SERUM GETS IN MY EYE?

Make sure to apply the vegaLASH serum externally ABOVE your eyelashes at the root. If you put a little too much on and it got in your eye just wash your eye out with water or eyewash solution. The good news is vegaLASH is natural and vegan!

I AM WORRIED I WILL HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION- WHAT SHOULD I DO?

As with any product, we recommend you do a skin test in a discrete spot - maybe the inside of your forearm.

VegaLash will choose the best, most economical shipping method possible unless otherwise specified by the customer.

VegaLash will provide tracking for all shipped packages.

Shipping delivery time (transit time) are carrier controlled and can not be guaranteed by VegaLash.

Ship date is an estimate based on the availability of merchandise. Merchandise is expected to ship within 48 hours of order if ordered Monday Thru Friday. If ordered on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, shipping will occur within 48 hours of the next business day.

Shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based and/or based on the size of the shipping package. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping and handling charges will include a nominal handling fee.

If the purchase is less than 30 days old and if you are unsatisfied for any reason with your experience, just contact us.
Be honest. We want to hear from you. Let us know what happened! We may ask a couple of questions so we can understand how we could have done better.

To return your product within this 30 day window, we will issue to you a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will also tell you where to ship your return. Write anywhere on the box the RA number given and simply ship within 10 days of your receipt of the RA number.
